E-frag.net官方宣布，新加坡将替代中国队参加TWC2016线下总决赛，中国队因签证原因憾失良机。

在7月份进行的CSGO世锦赛亚洲区预选赛决赛中，中国国家队以3-0的大比分战胜新加坡，获得参加线下总决赛的名额。

只不过队员再一次因为签证原因遗憾错失前往塞尔维亚参加总决赛的机会，新加坡将顶替中国队的席位代表亚洲参赛。而这并不是中国队第一次因签证原因错失出国的机会，去年世锦赛时就出现过这样的事情。

官方声明：

"It is with great regret that we inform you that the Chinese team will be replaced by Singapore due to visa issues. The Chinese team had over two months to apply and receive their visas in order to be able to attend the World Championship 2016 LAN Finals, held in Belgrade, Serbia. It is due to this that we reluctantly were forced to disqualify them, as we have had a similar situation happen to us the previous year, where three weeks weren't enough to get a visa, which leads us to believe that two weeks won’t be either." E-frag.net explained the situation in their statement.
